Selection of frequency converter power
The system efficiency is equal to the product of the efficiency of the frequency converter and the efficiency of the motor. Only when both are operating at high efficiency, can the system efficiency be higher. From an efficiency perspective, when selecting the power of a frequency converter, the following points should be noted:
1) When the power value of the frequency converter is equivalent to the power value of the motor, it is most suitable to facilitate the operation of the frequency converter at high efficiency values.
2) When the power rating of the frequency converter is different from that of the motor, the power of the frequency converter should be as close as possible to the power of the motor, but slightly greater than the power of the motor.
3) When the motor is frequently started, braked, or under heavy load starting and working frequently, a larger frequency converter can be selected to utilize the frequency converter for long-term and safe operation.
4) After testing, it has been found that the actual power of the motor is indeed surplus. It is recommended to choose a frequency converter with a power lower than the motor's power, but attention should be paid to whether the instantaneous peak current will cause overcurrent protection action.
5) When the power of the frequency converter and the motor are different, the setting of the energy-saving program must be adjusted accordingly to achieve a higher energy-saving effect

VR144KS-TFP-402 Emerson air conditioning compressor The air conditioning compressor plays a role in compressing and driving the refrigerant in the air conditioning refrigerant circuit. Air conditioning compressors are generally installed in outdoor units. The air conditioning compressor extracts refrigerant from the low-pressure area, compresses it, and sends it to the high-pressure area for cooling and condensation. It releases heat into the air through heat dissipation fins, and the refrigerant also changes from a gaseous state to a liquid state, increasing the pressure. The working circuit of the air conditioning compressor is divided into an evaporation zone (low-pressure zone) and a condensation zone (high-pressure zone). The indoor unit and outdoor unit of the air conditioner belong to the low pressure or high pressure zone respectively (depending on the working condition). The refrigerant flows from the high-pressure zone to the low-pressure zone, and is injected into the evaporator through a capillary tube. When the pressure drops sharply, the liquid refrigerant immediately turns into a gas and absorbs a large amount of heat from the air through the heat sink. In this way, the air conditioning compressor continuously works, absorbing heat from one end of the low-pressure area into the refrigerant and then sending it to the high-pressure area to dissipate into the air, playing a role in regulating the temperature.
