They have exceptional expansion abilities with 14 to 120 I/O. The D100 Micro Programmable Logic Controllers make use of true ladder logic programming. The controllers have the ability to display 8 runs of logic at a single time. The front of the controller is equipped with a large LCD screen. The D100 Micro Programmable Logic Controllers are used to monitor the operation of the whole machine system. Timers and counter registers can also be observed in real-time. The logic controllers are equipped with analog input modules, protocol modules, multidrop modules, RS 232 converters, and timer/counter access modules. The logic controllers are manufactured in different configurations to meet different requirements. They are available with 115 Volts AC and 24 Volts DC power supplies. A maximum of 12 inputs are supported by different controller variants. The D100 Micro Programmable Logic Controllers come with different system I/O capacities, disk sizes, and power supply ratings. All of the controllers use a lithium-ion battery rated at 3 Volts with 1200 mA. The controllers can only be operated in a temperature range between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. They can be mounted either vertically or horizontally. There should be enough space around the controllers so that they can be properly ventilated.

UFC719AE01 3BHB003041R0001 3BHB000272R0001 The Control Unit is responsible for process management. Just like the logistics distribution department of the factory, the control unit is the command and control center of the entire CPU, consisting of the Instruction Register IR(Instruction Register), the instruction Decoder ID(Instruction Decoder) and the Operation controller OC(Operation) Controller) consists of three components, which are extremely important for coordinating the orderly work of the entire computer. The control unit can be part of the CPU or installed outside the CPU. UFC719AE01 3BHB003041R0001 3BHB000272R0001 Controller Unit (CU) is one of the components of the CPU. Its basic function is to access instructions from inside, analyze instructions and execute instructions. A control unit is a control instrument or control component that realizes one or more control laws. For example, multiple transmission control unit and proxy setting control unit. UFC719AE01 3BHB003041R0001 3BHB000272R0001 No matter which type of control unit, the principle is to control each part of the CPU through the control signal sent by the control unit. Control units can be broadly divided into the following two categories. Microprogram type, which reads and sends control signals by microprogram. The microprogram is executed through a simple digital path called a microsequencer (microcomputer). Hardware type control unit. The control signal is sent directly by the digital path. Due to the scale of integrated circuits and the progress of design technology, this kind of control unit has become possible.
