The D100 Micro Programmable Logic Controller series is a controller device series manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. These controllers are equipped with a central processing unit, power supply, memory module, and input/output circuitry for other terminals. These logic controllers are used to control counters, step sequences, flip-flop functions, 1-shot functions, master control functions, and timers. The D100 series controllers are available in a wide range of variants and they can be used to control a wide spectrum of applications. The logic controllers are compact in size and cost-effective. They have exceptional expansion abilities with 14 to 120 I/O. The D100 Micro Programmable Logic Controllers make use of true ladder logic programming. The controllers have the ability to display 8 runs of logic at a single time. The front of the controller is equipped with a large LCD screen. The D100 Micro Programmable Logic Controllers are used to monitor the operation of the whole machine system. Timers and counter registers can also be observed in real-time. The logic controllers are equipped with analog input modules, protocol modules, multidrop modules, RS 232 converters, and timer/counter access modules. The logic controllers are manufactured in different configurations to meet different requirements. They are available with 115 Volts AC and 24 Volts DC power supplies. A maximum of 12 inputs are supported by different controller variants. The D100 Micro Programmable Logic Controllers come with different system I/O capacities, disk sizes, and power supply ratings. All of the controllers use a lithium-ion battery rated at 3 Volts with 1200 mA. The controllers can only be operated in a temperature range between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius. They can be mounted either vertically or horizontally. There should be enough space around the controllers so that they can be properly ventilated.

    Cutler-Hammer CE55GN3AB Reversing Contactors Size 1
Reversing contactors are used primarily for reversing single- or three-phase motors in applications where running over current protection is either not required or is provided separately. They consist of two contactors mechanically and electrically interlocked to prevent line shorts and energization of both contactors simultaneously.

Additionally, an Ethernet interface module may be added to implement the same architecture over Ethernet network. The 1785-L30B is installed with a battery that is used by the controller when power is removed from the controller. This battery maintains the user and program data stored within the controller’s user memory. It is assigned with a BATT indicator LED to report the current charge of the battery. For 1785-L530B, the battery can last up to 84 days when powered off at 100% and 150 days if Powered Off at 50% at an operating temperature of 60 Degree Celsius. When the BATT LED energizes, the battery remains operational for 5 days from the first occurrence of the signal. When the battery charge is completely drained, the contents of the user memory is maintained unless power is applied to the controller. It will only be erased when power is removed and battery is drained. The 1785-L30B has two built-in ports such as channel 1A and channel 1B. These ports are capable of being configured as remote I/O scanners, remote I/O adapters and DH+ communication interfaces. Additionally, the 1785-L30B controller is provided with a 25-pin connector Serial port interface. This serial port supports RS232C standard and configurable for system protocols such as ASCII and DF1. full and half-duplex master protocols and half-duplex slave protocol. An 8-pin mini-DIN connector marked as channel 1A is also provided that supports DH+ connection as well. The 1785-L30B has several indicators on the front panel used for easy interaction with the user. These indicators are marked as BATT used to display the status of the battery. The indicator marked PROC indicates controller state. The FORCE indicator is used to indicate if I/O forces are enabled. The COMM indicator is linked with channel 0 for reporting communication activity while Channel 1A and 1B both have dedicated status indicator. The controller has a Three-position key-switch for setting the controller mode. Each position corresponds to one mode of the processors such as Run, PROG and REM. When in RUN mode, the controller executes the program and act...
  • 1785-KE C
    ALLEN BRADLEY 1785-KE C DH/RS232 INTFC
The Allen-Bradley 1785-KE is a Data Highway communication controller interface module. This module comes with One (1) Data Highway Plus and One (1) RS232 ports, used for connecting RS232 devices to the DH+ network. The 1785-KE is capable of operating and changing data in half-duplex and full-duplex configuration. This module supports communication rates of 57600 bits per second for Data Highway Plus (DH+) and switch selectable speed for RS232 such as 110 to 19200 bits per second. Aside from linking intelligent RS232 devices to DH+ plus network, the 1785-KE is intended to replace the 1785-KD and 1785-KC communication controller modules. The 1785-KE supports mounting to a slot of a 1785 chassis. Appropriate cable for connecting the module to the DH+ network is Allen-Bradley 1770-CD while compatible data terminal interface cable for the RS232-C port is the 1770-CG of modem interface module with catalog no. 1770-CP. Since the 1785-KE is inserted into the backplane of a 1785 chassis, it draws current from the backplane. The module’s current draw is 1.2 Amperes at 5VDC. This module is required to be operated in an environment with temperature range of 0-60 Deg. Celsius. For storage, the storage area shall maintain a temperature range of -40 to 85 Degree Celsius while the ambient humidity rating must be kept at 5-95% without condensation. The 1785-KE is capable of exchanging data betweek Allen-Bradley Advisor color graphic system, PLC3 Programmable Logic Controller, PLC2 Programmable Logic Controller, PLC4 Microtrol Programmable Logic Controller. It may also communicate with workstations that support RS232-C communication. It is a communication module that interfaces any RS-232-C intelligent device with the Data Highway Plus (DH+) network. This module is a single slot module that offers a full Duplex or Half Duplex protocol on the Asynchronous link. It connects to RS-232-C devices through the Asynchronous (RS-232-C) 15-pin female EIA D-shell connector port on the module using the Data Terminal Interface Cable (1770-CG) or the modem interface cable (1770-C); it also connects to the Data Highway Plus (DH+) via the 3-screw terminal block using the Data Highway Plus drop-line cable (Belden 9463). In addition, it can communicate with the 1784-T50 Terminal through the 9-pin male EIA D-shell connector port, and has a transfer rate of 57,600 bits per second on the DH+ and Switch selectable rate ranging from 110 to 19200 bits/second on the RS-232-C port. The 1785-KE has 4 switch assemblies (SW1, SW2, SW3, and SW4) which provide communication options. The SW1 switch provides RS-232-C link options, the SW2 sets Node number, the SW3 selects Data Highway Plus and RS-232-C link communication rates, and the SW4 is a reserved switch. This unit is mounted on a single slot of the 1771 I/O rack, and when using a Drop-line configuration, is mounted within 100 feet of the Data Highway Plus Trunk line. When connecting directly to the RS-232-C device, the maximum installation...
